The tags allow you to store keywords for your products, categories, media, customers, orders, shipping methods, newsletter recipients, landing pages or rules. These keywords can then be used, for example, within rules from the Rule Builder. With this overview you can directly view and manage all created tags.

You can create a new tag directly via the Add tag (1) button, which is also listed in this overview after completing the configurations. In general, all tags can be searched with the search bar (2), so that you can always find the desired tag directly. You can also filter the overview using the filter (3):

With the filter option "Show duplicate tags only", you can display all tags that occur more than once with the same name. The second option "Show unassigned tags only" shows you all tags that have no assignment. In addition, you can use the assigned entities to filter for all tags that have been assigned, for example, to a certain entity such as "Products".

The table has the columns Tag (4), in which the tags are sorted alphabetically, and Assignments (5), in which all assignments of the respective tag can be found. Clicking on the three dots in each line will open the context menu (6), which can be used to edit, duplicate or delete the tag.

Adding tags

Clicking on the " Add tag" button opens a window in which the desired name of the tag must first be entered.

Im zweiten Reiter "Zuweisungen" kann dann festgelegt werden,  wo dieser Tag überall zugewiesen werden soll.

In this overview, the desired entities such as certain products can then be assigned to the tag. To do this, open the "Products" folder on the left-hand side. All products are then displayed in the list, which can also be searched for using the search bar above the list. Once you have assigned all the desired entities, you can finally create the tag by clicking on "Save".
