For your successful commitment as a Shopware partner, we will give you Value Points, which you can apply for here. The overview informs you about the current status of your applications and shows you the points you have earned so far. As soon as you have achieved the minimum number of Value Points, we will make your Marketing Fund available to you for the next year.

Shopware Value Points are a type of credit that Integration Partners can receive in addition to success commissions for various commercial and non-commercial activities as part of the Shopware Integration Partner Program. Each partner level (Shopware Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Partner) has an annual Value Points target. By reaching this target, partners qualify for Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for the following calendar year, requalify for their current partner level, or may even qualify for a higher partner level (in coordination with the Shopware Integration Partner Management). Value Points are therefore used as an incentive and reward for successful partnerships and active participation in the Shopware Integration Partner Program.
Partners can collect Shopware Value Points in various ways, including:
Qualified Lead Submission: For fully qualified sales opportunities that meet the ChAMP criteria.
points are Successful Customer Referrals: For each new customer successfully referred who books and pays for a paid Shopware plan, with points awarded based on the plan type and license value.
Customer Retention and Development: For maintaining and further developing existing customers with active Shopware plans.
Upgrades: For upgrading from older license models, the Community Edition, or lower-tier plans to a higher-value Shopware plan.
Co-Marketing Activities: For jointly agreed marketing campaigns with Shopware, such as case studies or special promotional campaigns organized in cooperation with Shopware Partner Marketing.

For most activities, we credit you with Value Points automatically. Please be patient. If you do not receive Value Points within 4 weeks of completing an activity, you can request them manually. Please also submit a manual request for agreed-upon marketing activities via the Shopware Partner Portal.
No. Value Points are credited to you for both commercial and non-commercial activities, including commissionable activities and business transactions. Value Points give you access to Marketing Funds (MDF), which you can use, in coordination with the Shopware Partner Management, to build and develop your Shopware sales pipeline according to the MDF guidelines. Success commissions are credited separately and paid out according to the terms outlined in the Shopware Integration Partner Program agreement.
Value Points have a limited validity and can only be accumulated within the calendar year for activities completed within that year. At the start of the new year, the balance is reset, as a new qualification period for Marketing Funds and partner levels begins.
