References

How can I create a reference?

As a Shopware Integration Partner, you can create a new reference in the  Shopware Partner Portal. Go to the Partner Finder section, open References, and select the + button.

Enter all the required information, including the shop title, the languages available in the shop interface, the industry, the technologies used, and the shop’s original go-live date.

You can provide a link to a preview image or upload a screenshot in 1024 × 675 pixel format.

Once you have entered all the information, save your changes and submit the reference for approval by clicking Submit.

Who approves the references?

References are reviewed and approved by the Integration Partner Management Team. For example, we check whether the title and subtitle are consistent and whether suitable preview images are available for the shop.

Where are the references displayed?

Once approved, your references are displayed in your Partner Profile within the partner listing on our website.

If a reference is particularly well known or visually appealing, it may also be featured in our showcase. You will be identified there as the agency responsible for implementing the project.

Your reference may also be featured in one of our newsletters. Our Marketing team decides which references are included in the showcase or promoted in a newsletter.

Who obtains approval from the customer or shop operator?

You or your agency are responsible for obtaining the customer’s approval before publicly presenting them as a reference for your work.

We recommend obtaining the approval in writing and keeping it in your records.

Can I edit my references later?

Yes. You can edit or delete your references at any time in the Shopware Partner Portal.

In the Partner Finder section, open References, select the relevant reference, and switch to edit mode.

Save your changes and submit the reference to us again by clicking Submit. We will review the reference again. Once it has been approved by Shopware, the changes will become visible on the website.
