Commissions

What do I get commissions for as a Shopware partner?

1. Commission for Successful Lead Submission

  • You will receive a commission on the contract volume of the first contract year if a submitted lead leads to a successful contract signing for a Shopware plan (Rise, Evolve, Beyond), we were able to contact the customer through your fully qualified referral via the Partner Portal (see Deals & Deal Registration), and you were able to establish a conversation between the Shopware Sales team with the customer.

  • Payment is made after the customer's payment has been received by shopware and after the partner has successfully requested the commission payment in their Shopware Account.
  • The commission rate is determined by your Integration Partnership Agreement.

2. Commission for Partner Assignment

  • You will receive a commission on the successful signing of a Shopware plan (Rise, Evolve, Beyond) and/or for retaining the customer as long as your Shopware Partner Account is assigned to the customer’s Shopware Account. Customer confirmation is required to assign the customer’s Shopware Account to your Shopware Partner Account. Only one Integration Partner Account can be assigned to a customer’s Shopware Account at a time.

  • Payment is made after the customer's payment has been received by shopware and after the partner has successfully requested the commission payment in their Shopware Account.
  • The commission rate is determined by your Integration Partnership Agreement.

What are credit notes?

Your commission account contains a monthly commission credit note that summarizes all commissions for one month. The amount will be paid to you on the 15th of the following month.

Where will my licence margins be credited to me?

We deduct the trade margin when you purchase a Professional Edition directly in the Shopware Store. This means that you, as a partner, can obtain the licence at a lower purchase price and thus charge your customer for it at the MSRP.

Why haven't I received the provisions for my customers' subscriptions?

It is important for receiving the provisions that the customer has at least one environment set to "productive". We pay the provisions with a delay of about 3 months.
