In the upper section of the basic information, you can view the customer number and company name associated with your Shopware account. The customer number is automatically assigned by the system and therefore cannot be changed by you. However, the company name can be modified after a company reorganization through our Finance Team, provided the necessary documentation is submitted. Please send a request to finance@shopware.com for this.
If you have a VAT ID, you can enter it in the field, as long as you have previously activated the switch. If you are a small business owner, you can also activate this. Please note that these details can only be entered during registration and cannot be changed later in your account. For any changes, please always contact our Finance Team via the provided contact methods.
In the contact information section, you can enter your personal details such as first name, last name, phone number, etc.
In the bottom section, you can enter the billing address for your invoices from shopware. If the email address for reminders should differ from the email address for invoices, you can activate the checkbox "Reminder address differs from billing address." If this option is enabled, you can also activate the option "Do not send reminders to the billing address," if desired.
