What is the Shopware Intelligence+ subscription?
Shopware Intelligence+ is a subscription that unlocks additional features and usage options for the Shopware services.
With an active Shopware Intelligence+ subscription, you gain access to enhanced service features and additional usage quotas beyond the standard offering.
Why is Shopware Intelligence+ a paid service?
Services differ from traditional product features and are therefore billed separately.
Unlike regular features, services are standalone applications that are actively operated. This leads to ongoing additional costs, particularly for infrastructure and for usage-dependent services from third parties, such as AI models or other external services.
By billing these services separately, we ensure they can be provided reliably, with high performance and scalability—regardless of the chosen product plan.
How can I subscribe to Shopware Intelligence+?
Once your free quota has been used up, you can book Shopware Intelligence+ directly in the respective service. Alternatively, you can book it in the admin area under Settings > System > Shopware Services.
To do this, click on the Subscribe (1) button.
Availability
Services are available to all merchants – regardless of whether you use a paid Shopware plan (Rise, Evolve or Beyond) or the Community Edition. Use of the services is optional – further information on the quota can be found in the article Shopware Intelligence+ subscription.
