Shopware Markets

The Shopware Markets extension offers you the option of listing your products outside of your shop on the eBay and Amazon marketplaces. The extension automatically places your products on these marketplaces based on your merchant accounts.
In addition, orders received through these marketplaces are transferred directly to Shopware and can be managed there under orders.
Each marketplace is mapped by its own sales channel, in which the configuration is carried out.

Installation

The installation of Shopware Markets is possible in several ways.
On the one hand, you can obtain and configure the extension directly during the installation of Shopware in the initial setup wizard.
On the other hand, you can also license the Shopware Markets extension directly in the Shopware Store at store.shopware.com. You can then download and install the extension under Extensions > My Extensions
It is important that you have previously logged in with your account in the Shopware Account tab.
After the extension has been installed, you can activate it via the button to the left of the extension.

Integration

After the installation, an integration of our partner Brickfox is stored under Settings > System > Integrations. This integration is necessary for the functionality of the extension.

Product issues / Common problems

The marketplaces Amazon and ebay have specific requirements which attributes of a product have to be transmitted. The requirements can vary depending on the product type (food, cosmetics, electronics, etc.). If a product does not meet all the marketplace requirements, it will not be transmitted to the marketplace. In this case, the marketplace reports a product issue. You can see these issues in the products tab.

Suppose a product error is returned because an attribute about the product is missing. In that case, it is recommended to maintain the missing information as a property in the product if this information is not a part of the basic product information of shopware. This property must be assigned to the ebay / Amazon property in the Mapping tab. The following list the most common product errors and their solutions.
